The Ultimate Girl Scout Cookie & Ice Cream Pairing – 2025 Edition

At Granular, we’re no strangers to asking the tough questions; the ones that keep marketers up at night. Like: What’s the best thing to pair with a Girl Scout Cookie?

Over the past few years, we’ve made it our mission to find out.

  • In 2023, we paired cookies with beer (yes, really).
  • In 2024, we brought it back to basics with a cookies & milk showdown.
  • And this year, in 2025, we took on the ultimate dessert mashup: Girl Scout Cookies and Ice Cream.

The Rules Were Simple

Each member of the Granular team picked a cookie and ice cream combo they believed would rise above the rest. Whether they went for a bold flavor explosion or a comforting classic, all pairings were judged on creativity, flavor harmony, and of course, pure deliciousness.

Ice Cream Options:

  • Vanilla

The Combos Are In

Here’s a peek at what our team came up with:

There were more, and each one sparked a whole lot of discussion.

But if there was one thing we could agree on, it was this:
Mark’s combo of Vanilla Ice Cream and Trefoils earned the title of “Most Boring” across the board. (Sorry, Mark.)

So What’s the Verdict?

There’s no universal “best”, but there’s definitely room for debate. Which combo sounds most innovative to you? Which one would you absolutely try (or avoid)?
