Requirements
- Enrolled at a Wisconsin college or university
- Junior or Senior status
- Shown interest in working in marketing and advertising
- Applies for the mentorship program
- Commits to a meeting (in-person or zoom) with Granular mentor once or twice per month over the school year

We are new to this whole mentorship program so here is our best guess at your frequently asked questions.
How long does the mentorship program last?
The mentorship program runs from January – July.
Are mentees paid?
Nope, but we highly encourage mentees to apply for the Granular scholarship.
How many mentors will I work with?
Mentees will be directly matched up with one mentor, however, it is likely you’ll meet and work with multiple Granular team members throughout the year.
What is the time commitment?
We require the mentee and mentor to dedicate 1 hour per month to the program.
Will mentees work on active client accounts?
Nope, we leave all the client work to our experts, but mentees will have the opportunity to work on “mock accounts” and real-life scenarios.
Can I get college credit?
Nope, you can not receive college credit for this program.
Does Granular offer internships?
Nope, we leave our client work to our full-time team members but we still wanted to find a way we could help students entering the industry which is why we created the mentorship program.
